When logging in to manage your subscriptions, you can do a few things.

1) Change frequency for all subscriptions - Under the "Subscriptions" tab, you can select a product, and then will have the option to change how often the products are shipped.

2) A single order - If you just need to change the a single order, you can do this from the "Delivery Schedule" tab and selecting an upcoming shipment. From there you can select when you would like the product to process and ship.

Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription if you would like to resume at a later date.
